The invention relates to a regenerated rubber composition, consisting of powder of worn out tyres, rubber recovered from the worn out belt carriers, residues from the production of pressed gaskets, belts, plates and carpets made of rubber or pre-vulcanized mixtures, and to a process for producing the same. According to the invention, the regenerated rubber composition comprises 80...100 parts by weight of powder of used tyres, rubber recovered from used belt-carriers, residues from the production of pressed gaskets, belts, plates and carpets made of rubber, pre-vulcanized mixtures; 0.25...0.38 parts by weight of reclaiming agent containing a mixture of dixylyl disulphides and 7.5...13.5 parts by weight of regenerating plastifier consisting of black fuel oil, the said composition being subjected to the thermochemical treatment at a temperature of 200...250°C and at a pressure of 25...35 at, for 75...120 min, followed by a regeneration, as a consequance of some repeated refinings. Invenţia se referă la o compoziţie de cauciuc regenerat, constând din pudretă de anvelope uzate, cauciuc recuperat din benzile transportoare uzate, deşeuri de la obţinerea garniturilor presate, benzilor, plăcilor şi covoarelor de cauciuc sau amestecuri prevulcanizate şi la un procedeu de obţinere a acesteia. Compoziţia de cauciuc regenerat, conform invenţiei, este constituită din 80...100 părţi în greutate pudretă, din anvelope uzate, cauciuc recuperat din benzile transportoare uzate, deşeuri de la obţinerea garniturilor presate, benzilor, plăcilor şi covoarelor de cauciuc, amestecuri prevulcanizate; 0,25...0,38 părţi în greutate agent de regenerare pe bază de amestec de dixilil disulfuri şi 7,5...13,5 părţi în greutate plastifiant de regenerare constituit din păcură, compoziţia fiind supusă tratamentului termochimic la o temperatură de 200...250°C şi la o presiune de 25...35 at, timp de 75...120 min, urmată de o regenerare, ca urmare a unor rafinări repetate.
