Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a low speed actuation system, equipped with a hybrid electric induction motor for mechanical belt conveyers, in mining, in open pits, in metallurgy, harbour arrangements, in constructions, for cereals and food products, at escalators or other transport systems. The invention is characterized by the fact that, for the purpose of directly transmitting the movement from the motor to the belt drum, there is eliminated the mechanical speed reduction unit, usually with more velocity steps, from the actuation system, by driving the conveying belt directly by low speed hybrid induction motors. According to the invention, the system consists of a drum (1), on whose sides there is fixed a disk (3). On either side of each disk (3), there is located a fixed torroidal inductor (4) whereon there is located a primary monophase or polyphase winding (5), there being performed a direct transmission of the conveyor, without a mechanical reductor. In order to improve the performances of the machine, the space between the torroidal inductors (4) and the armatures of the disk (3) is reduced to a minimum value imposed by the mechanical considerations, and inside the disk, there may be introduced a ferromagnetic substance, in order to reduce the air gap length. Invenţia se referă la un sistem de acţionare de joasă viteză, echipat cu motor electric hibrid, de inducţie, a transportoarelor mecanice cu bandă, din exploatările miniere, în cariere, la întreprinderile metalurgice, amenajările portuare, în construcţii, pentru cereale şi produse alimentare, scări rulante sau alte sisteme de transport. Invenţia se caracterizează prin aceea că, în scopul transmiterii directe a mişcării de la motor la tamburul benzii, se elimină reductorul mecanic de turaţie, de obicei cu mai multe trepte de viteză, din sistemul de acţionare, prin antrenarea benzii transportoare direct cu motoare hibride de inducţie de joasă viteză. Sistemul conform invenţiei constă dintr-un tambur (1) pe care sunt fixate, pe părţile laterale, câte un disc (3). De o parte şi alta a fiecărui disc (3), este dispus câte un inductor toroidal fix (4), pe care este dispusă o înfăşurare primară, monofazată sau polifazată (5), realizându-se o transmisie directă a transportorului, fără reductor mecanic.
