Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to corrosion and scale inhibitors, including alkaline molybdates, zinc salts with or without sulphuric acid, organophosphonic acids of the general formula : wherein R represents a C1-C5 alkyl, inorganic compounds forming a source of PO4/-3 and copolymers having a low molecular mass (3,000...20, 000), and it also relates to a process for preparing the same. According to the invention, the corrosion and scale inhibitors are obtained from spent industrial catalysts, which contains molybdenum (MoO3), by reacting with sodium hydroxide in excess, at a temperature ranging from 28 to 32° C, neutralizing to a pH=6.5...7 with an adequate acid, settling, removing the secondary product by filtering and adding the other components in synergistic ratios to sodium molybdate solution. Invenţia se referă la inhibitori de coroziune şi cruste, incluzând molibdaţi alcalini, săruri de zinc, în prezenţa sau absenţa acidului sulfuric, acizi organofosfonici, cu formula generală: în care R = alchil C-C, compuşi anorganici generatori de PO, şi copolimeri cu masă moleculară mică (3000...20000), şi la un procedeu de obţinere a acestora. Potrivit invenţiei, inhibitorii de coroziune şi cruste se obţin din catalizatori industriali uzaţi, care conţin molibden (MoO), prin reacţia cu hidroxid de sodiu în exces, la temperaturi de 28...32°C, neutralizarea la pH = 6,5...7, cu un acid adecvat, precipitarea, îndepărtarea produsului secundar prin filtrare şi includerea la soluţia de molibdat de sodiu a celorlalte componente, în rapoarte sinergetice.
