Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a process for reducing iron oxides by mixing them with carbon material by using the caloric energy taken over by a granular mass, wherein the iron oxides finely comminuted and mixed with the milled carbon material are heated, by adding the granular mass into a rotary furnace, said granular mass having granules formed by a mixture of clay, cast iron and crushed steel, the granular mass being burned-out at about 1300 degree C and introduced into the furnace at a temperature of 1200 degree C.
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de reducere a oxizilor de fier prin amestec cu material carbonic, prin energia calorica preluata de o masa granulara, in care oxizii de fier fin maruntiti si amestecati cu material carbonic macinat sunt incalziti prin adaugarea intr-un cuptor rotativ a unei mase granulare cu granulele formate din amestec de argila si fonta sau otel maruntit, arsa la circa 1300 degree C si introdusa in cuptor cu temperatura de circa 1200 degree C. |
