Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a catalyst comprising zinc oxide, barium oxide, amorphous ZSM-5 type zeolite catalyst on aluminum-silica carrier, used for the selective conversion of light hydrocarbons having from 2 to 4 carbon atoms. The process for preparing the catalyst consists in manufacturing the aluminum-silica carrier which is mixed with ZSM-5 type zeolite modified with zinc. The catalyst paste is extruded at a pressure ranging from 40 to 150 kg/cm2. The extruded bodies are dried in an air stream at a temperature ranging from 100...120° C and next they are roasted at a temperature ranging from 500 to 600° C.
Invenţia se referă la un catalizator constituit din oxid de zinc, oxid de bariu, zeolit de tip ZSM-5 pe un suport de alumino-silice amorf, catalizator utilizat pentru conversia selectivă a hidrocarburilor uşoare cu 2 până la 4 atomi de carbon. Procedeul de obţinere a catalizatorului constă în realizarea suportului de alumino-silice, care se amestecă cu un zeolit tip ZSM-5 modificat cu zinc. Pasta de catalizator se extrudează la o presiune de 40...150 kg/cm. Extrudatele sunt uscate în curent de aer la 100...120°C şi apoi calcinate la 500...600°C. |
