Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an injectable implant employed in plastic or reconstructive surgery and in dermatology, comprising microspheres or microparticles consisting of at least one polyester selected from the lactic acid polymers, glycolic acid polymers and lactic and glycolic acid copolymers. The process for producing the implant comprises the following steps: dissolving the polymer in an essential organic solvent, dispersing the same in water, preparing the polymer microspheres or microparticles by the evaporation of the solvent or by controlled precipitation, preparing a gel with suitable viscosity in order to keep the microspheres or microparticles in suspension, distributing the same into syringes or flasks and using the implant in plastic or reconstructive surgery and in aesthetic dermatology.
Inventia se refera la un implant injectabil folosit in chirurgie reparatorie sau plastica si in dermatologie, ce consta in aceea ca microsferele sau microparticulele sunt constituite din cel putin un poliester ales dintre polimeri ai acidului lactic, polimeri ai acidului glicolic si copolimeri ai acidului lactic si glicolic. Procedeul de fabricare cuprinde urmatoarele etape: dizolvarea polimerului intr-un solvent organic volatil, dispersarea in apa, prepararea microsferelor sau microparticulelor de polimer prin evaporarea solventului sau prin precipitare controlata, prepararea unui gel cu viscozitate adecvata, pentru a mentine microsferele sau microparticulele in suspensie, repartizarea acestuia in seringi sau flacoane si utilizarea implantului in chirurgie reparatorie sau plastica si in dermatologie estetica. |
