Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a process for producing a nonwoven material having antistatic properties, meant for manufacturing filters for gases and gas-solid microparticles (dust) mixtures. According to the invention, the process consists of a physical treatment applied to the nonwoven material, known per se, using high-frequency discharge at 1.3 MHz, 3,000 V/cm, for 15 min, in an air atmosphere obtained at a pressure of 0.7...1.5x10 2 N/m2, followed by the impregnation of the treated nonwoven material by padding with antistatic substances, either of the type of cationic polymer with 95% M N,N-dimethyl-2-hidroxypropylene ammonium chloride and 5% M N-(N',N'-dimethyl-propylene ammonium)-N-2-hydroxy-propylene amine chloride, or cationic polymer with 94% M N,N-dimethyl-2 -hydroxy-propylene ammonium chloride, 5% M N-(N'N'-dimethyl-propylene ammonium)-N-2-hydroxy-propylene amine chloride and 1% M N-hexyl-oxy-propyl-2-hydroxypropylene amine having the concentration of 12 g/l, for 1 min. Invenţia se referă la un procedeu pentru obţinerea unui material neţesut, cu proprietăţi antistatice, destinat fabricării de filtre pentru gaze şi amestecuri gaz-microparticule solide (praf). Procedeul conform invenţiei constă într-un tratament fizic, aplicat materialului neţesut, în sine cunoscut, prin descărcare de înaltă frecvenţă la 1,3 MHz, 3000 V/cm timp de 15 min în atmosferă de aer obţinută la o presiune de 0,7...1,5 x 10N/m, după care urmează impregnarea materialului neţesut, astfel tratat, prin fulardare timp de 1 min cu substanţe antistatizante fie de tipul polimer cationic 95% M clorură de N,N-dimetil-2-hidroxipropilen amoniu şi 5% M clorură de N-(N',N'-dimetil-propilen amoniu)-N-2-hidroxi-propilen amină, fie polimer cationic 94% M clorură de N,N-dimetil-2-hidroxipropilen amoniu, 5% M clorură de N-(N'N'-dimetil-propilen amoniu)-N-2-hidroxi-propilen amină şi 1% M N-hexiloxipropil-2-hidroxipropilen amină, cu concentraţia de 12 g/l.
