Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a multifunction additive for lubricating oils employed in the formulation of lubricating motor oils and to the process for preparing the same. According to the invention, the additive increases the viscosity index, exhibits the properties of dispersion and stability in relation to the fluoroelastomers, having a high shearing stability and an improved rheologic behavior at low temperatures. The claimed process consists in reacting an amount of 25...55% polymerizable monomers with the reaction catalyst during a first step and, further on, during a second step, in reacting the remainder polymerizable monomer solution with the catalyst for 10...20 min, the polymerization being continued up to a monomer conversion degree of over 97%, at temperatures of 75...130 °C. Invenţia se referă la un aditiv multifuncţional, pentru uleiuri lubrifiante, şi la un procedeu de obţinere a acestuia, utilizat pentru formularea uleiurilor lubrifiante pentru motoare. Aditivul conform invenţiei are acţiune de creştere a indicelui de viscozitate, prezintă proprietăţi de dispersie şi stabilitate faţă de fluoroelastomeri, având o stabilitate mare la forfecare şi o comportare reologică îmbunătăţită, la temperatură joasă. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în aceea că, într-o prima etapă, reacţionează o cantitate de 25...55% monomeri polimerizabili , cu catalizatorul de reacţie, după care, într-o a doua etapă, reacţionează soluţia rămasă de monomeri polimerizabili, într-un interval de timp de 10...20 min, polimerizarea fiind continuată până la un grad de conversie al monomerilor de peste 97%, la temperaturi de 75...130°C.
