ENDLESS CONVEYOR BELT

The invention relates to an endless conveyor belt employed in manufacturing mining rubber carpets, in vulcanization plants as well as in equipping the belt conveyors transporting bulk materials. According to the invention, the endless conveyor belt comprises an envelope (3) made of ethylene propylene diene monomer-type plastic material forming both the active surface and the running surface of the conveyor belt, a warp (1) being provided inside said envelope (3), said warp being made up of a single continuous flexible strand, wound as a loop, and being woven with a weft (2) consisting of several strips of steel sheet. Inventia se refera la o banda transportoare fara sfarsit, utilizata la fabricarea covoarelor de cauciuc miniere, pe instalatii de vulcanizare, precum si la echiparea transportoarelor cu banda, pentru deplasarea materialelor in vrac. Banda transportoare fara sfarsit, conform inventiei, cuprinde un invelis (3) din material plastic de tip monomer etilen propilen-diena, care formeaza atat suprafata activa, cat si suprafata de rulare a benzii transportoare, iar in interiorul invelisului (3), este prevazuta o urzeala (1) realizata dintr-un singur toron flexibil continuu, infasurat sub forma de spira, care este tesuta cu o batatura (2) constituita din mai multe fasii din tabla de otel.
