Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method of adjusting the alumina concentration in the punctiformly fed electrolysis vats, whereby the alumina concentration is adjusted in variable rates by feeding alumina into the vats at differential rates through a succession of steps, namely: - calculating the vat internal strength values at pre-established time periods; - calculating the regions prone to the occurrence of the anode effect, based on the variations in time of the vat internal strength; -carrying out overfeeding cycles of 40...60% in excess to the normal vat consumption, upon detecting the anode pre-effect regions; - stopping the overfeeding at a positive variation of the internal vat strength and calculating the maximum and minimum time until the following anode pre-effect. The vat supply voltage is regulated depending on the feeding condition at that moment, by recalculating the freak value of the required voltage. The method has the advantage of carrying out the alumina feeding depending on the parameters at a given moment of the electrolysis vat operation.
Invenţia se referă la o metoda de reglare a concentraţiei de alumină la cuvele de electroliză cu alimentare punctiformă, care realizează reglarea concentraţiei de alumină în ritmuri variabile, printr-o alimentare cu alumină a cuvelor prin ritmuri diferenţiate, printr-o succesiune de etape, respectiv: - calculul la perioade prestabilite a valorilor rezistenţei interne a cuvei;- calculul zonelor de tendinţă de apariţie a efectului anodic, pe baza variaţiilor în timp ale rezistenţei interne a cuvei; - efectuarea de cicluri de supraalimentare cu 40...60% exces faţă de consumul normal al cuvei, la sesizarea zonelor de preefect anodic; - sistarea supraalimentării, la o variaţie pozitivă a rezistenţei interne a cuvei şi calcularea duratei maxime şi minime până la următorul preefect anodic. Reglarea tensiunii de alimentare a cuvei se realizează funcţie de stadiul alimentării la momentul respectiv, prin recalcularea valorii instantanee a tensiunii necesare. Metoda prezintă avantajul că realizează alimentarea cu alumină funcţie de parametrii de moment ai funcţionării cuvei de electroliză. |
