According to the invention, the process for preparing the impregnating pitch consists in using a mixture comprising 100% catalytic cracking wastes 460 degree C + or 100% heat cracking wastes 475 degree C + or 50% heat cracking wastes 460 degree C+, 30 % catalytic cracking wastes 460 degree C +, 20 % phenolic resins for reducing the viscosity or 80 % catalytic cracking wastes 447 degree C+ and 20 % green oil or 90 % catalytic cracking wastes 460 degree C + and 10 % coke tar. The thermal treatment stage of the proposed mixture takes place at atmospheric pressure, at a temperature ranging between 290 degree ...440 degree C, the duration of the reaction at working temperature ranges of 60 to 600 minutes and is carried out with air injection with a flow rate of 30 ...150N1/ 1h, and the stripping stage is carried out after the thermal treatment stage or simultaneously with it and concomitantly with the injection of the air.
Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru obtinerea smoalei de impregnare, destinata fabricarii electrozilor utilizati la cuptoarele electrice de producere a otelului. Procedeul pentru obtinerea smoalei de impregnare, conform inventiei, consta in utilizarea unui amestec compus din 100% reziduu de cracare catalitica 460 degree C+ sau 100% reziduu de cracare termica 475 degree C+ sau 50% reziduu de cracare termica 460 degree C,+ 30% reziduu de cracare catalitica 460 degree C+, 20% rasini de fenolice pentru reducerea viscozitatii sau 80% reziduu de cracare catalitica 447 degree C+ si 20% ulei antracenic sau 90% reziduu de cracare catalitica 460 degree C + si 10% gudron de cocserie. Faza de tratament termic a amestecului propus se realizeaza la presiune atmosferica, la temperatura de 290...440 degree C, durata reactiei la temperatura de lucru este intre 60 si 600 min, si se realizeaza cu injectie de aer cu debit de 30...150NI/1h, iar faza de stripare se realizeaza dupa faza de tratament termic sau in acelasi timp cu aceasta concomitent cu injectia de aer. |
