Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a process for preparing derivatives of p-amino benzoic acid on supports of maleic acid copolymer with styrene and methyl methacrylate, which consists in treating 1 mol of copolymer with 2 mols of benzocaine in aprotic medium with 80% pyridine in a mixture, in a presence of 2 mols of N, N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide as activator, at a temperature of 0° C, for 5 h, thereafter maintaining the mixture at a temperature of 4° C for 48 hours, there resulting the polymeric product modified with benzocaine, which is hydrolized with a solution of NaOH 2 N at 60° C for 30 minutes and is purified by known per se operation, thus obtaining the polymeric derivative of p-amino benzoic acid with ester hydrolysis efficiency of 60...65%.
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a derivaţilor p-aminobenzoic pe suporturi ale copolimerilor acidului maleic cu stiren sau metacrilat de metil, care constă în aceea că, 1 mol copolimer se tratează cu 2 moli benzocaină în mediu aprotic cu 80% piridină în amestec, în prezenţă de 2 moli activator N,N' -diciclohexilcarbodiimidă, la 0°C, timp de 5 h, după care se menţine la 4°C, timp de 48 h, rezultând produsul polimeric modificat cu benzocaină, care se hidrolizează cu soluţie de NaOH 2 N la 60°C, timp de 30 min şi se purifică prin operaţii în sine cunoscute, obţinându-se derivatul polimeric al acidului p-amino benzoic cu un randament al hidrolizei esterice de 60...65%. |
