Zusammenfassung:The invention presents a process for removing the waste materials with phosphorus content as secondary products (POx), alendronate and its secondary products from the crude mother solutions resulting from the synthesis of an omega amino-1-hydroxyalkylidene (C2-C6)-1,1-bisphosphonic acid, for example the sodium alendronate. The crude mother solutions are added calcium chloride first and then calcium oxide in order to precipitate the (POx) materials, neutralization follows a pH of about 7 to complete precipitation. Mainly, all the sodium alendronate, being the active ingredient, is extracted from the precipitate. Then, filtration follows, the (POx) filtercake can then be subject to incineration, to obtaining filler or material or the phosphorus, usable as fertilizer, can be extracted. The remaining filtrate can be then treated again in an acceptable manner for the environment, by waste water treatment or recycling in the process. Inventia prezinta un procedeu pentru indepartarea materialelor reziduale cu continut de fosfor ca produse secundare (POx), a alendronatului si a produselor secundare ale alendronatului din solutiile muma brute, rezultate dintr-un proces de sinteza a unui acid omega amino-1-hidroxialchiliden(C2-C6)-1,1-bisfosfonic, de exemplu alendronatul de sodiu. Mai intai, se adauga clorura de calciu la solutiile muma brute, apoi oxid de calciu, pentru a precipita materialele cu (POx), urmata de neutralizarea la pH de circa 7 pentru a completa precipitarea. In principal, tot alendronatul de sodiu, fiind ingredientul activ, este extras din precipitat.
