PHENYLCYCLOHEXYLCARBOXAMIDES, PROCESS FOR PREPARING THE SAME AND MEDICINE CONTAINING THEM

The invention relates to phenylcyclocarboxamides, to a process for preparing the same and to a medicine containing them. According to the invention, phenylcyclohexylcarboxamides have an inhibitory action on the proliferation of smooth muscle cells. According to the invention, the medicine contains an effective dose of phenylcyclohexylcarboxamides as active compound in association with usual and pharmaceutically acceptable inert carriers and excipients, and they are useful in treating restenosis. Fenilciclohexilcarboxamidele conform inventiei au activitate de inhibare a proliferarii celulelor muschiului neted.
