Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a composite polyutrethane material made up of a known polyurethane matrix, based on polyethyleneglycol adipate and dibenzyl diisocyanate, cross-linked with a chain extender, also known, which contains polyamide polymer powder mass in a ratio of 5 ...50 %, preferably 25% by weight as a filler, homogeneously dispersed, which reacts chemically with the matrix components, said polyamide polymer powder is a polyamide which contains -NH2 and -COOH end groups capable of reacting with -NCO and -OH from the polyurethane components preferably a polyamide 6/6.6, and also to a process for producing said material. The polyamide keeps at least the physical properties of the polyurethane material even after mixing said polyurethane with inert powders. The material is meant for the production of members by moulding. Inventia se refera la un material poliuretanic compozit, alcatuit dintr-o matrice de poliuretan cunoscuta, pe baza de polietilenglicoladipat si dibenzildiizocianat, reticulata cu un alungitor de catena de asemenea cunoscut, care contine ca umplutura, in proportie de 5...50% in greutate, de preferinta 25% in greutate, o masa de pulbere de polimer poliamidic, dispersata omogen, care reactioneaza chimic cu componentele matricei, pulberea de polimer poliamidic este o poliamida care contine grupari terminale -NH2 si -COOH, ce pot reactiona cu gruparile -NCO si -OH din componentii poliuretanului, de preferinta o poliamida 6/6,6, precum si la un procedeu de obtinere a acestui material. Poliamida pastreaza cel putin caracteristicile fizice ale materialului poliuretanic chiar si dupa amestecarea acestuia cu pulberi inerte. Materialul este destinat obtinerii de piese prin turnare.
