Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a process for preparing lyophilized aqueous total extracts from plantain - Plantago sp. and marigold - Calendula off., consisting of the water extraction of the plant material previously conditioned by drying and ground up to a particle size ranging from 2 to 5 mm, while boiling, at a plant material/water ratio of 50 g/l for Plantago sp. and 30 g/l for Calendula off., in a reactor provided with stirring means and steam heating mens, said operation being performed for 30 min, at a temperature of 92...95°C, while stirring at 80...100 rpm, followed by the separation of the extract by filtration or filtering centrifugation, after cooling, vacuum concentration at a temperature of 40...45°C and a concentration ratio of 1/8...1/10, pasteurization for 2...5 min at a temperature of 78...83°C, fast cooling on an ice bath and final liophylization for conditioning and stabilization, thereby resulting extracts whose composition, pointed out by specific determination procedures, indicates the presence of the biologically-active components identified by polyphenol-carboxylic acids and polyholosides. Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a extractelor totale, apoase, sub formă liofilizată, din pătlagină - Plantago sp. şi gălbenele-Calendula off, şi constă în aceea că, extracţia materialului vegetal, condiţionat prin uscare, şi măcinat până la o dimensiune a particulelor de 2...5 mm, cu apă, se realizează la fierbere, cu un raport material vegetal/apă de 50 g/l pentru Plantago sp., şi 30g/l, pentru Calendula off., într-un reactor prevăzut cu agitare şi încălzire cu abur, operaţia durând 30 min, la 92...95°C, sub agitare la 80...100 rpm, separare după răcire a extractului prin filtrare sau centrifugare filtrantă, concentrare menajată sub vid, la 40...45°C, la un raport de concentrare de 1/8...1/10, pasteurizare timp de 2...5 min, la 78...83°C, urmată de răcire rapidă pe baie de gheaţă şi liofilizare finală, pentru condiţionare şi stabilizare, obţinându-se extracte, a căror compoziţie, relevată prin determinări specifice, indică prezenţa componentelor biologic active, identificate prin acizi polifenol-carboxilici şi poliholozide.
