Zusammenfassung: | According to the invention, the reactor is based on a mixed magnetic field obtained by means of some permanent magnets (25) and of an electromagnetic circuit which consists of a core (5), the branches ( 9 and 10) and the induction coil (6).The reactor claimed by the invention comprises some steel sheets (1) for the circulation of the magnetic flux and steel strips (2) as strength elements, forming a core (3) having an induction coil (6) mounted thereon, said coil being supplied from a direct current source through the connections (7 and 8) and some branches (9 and 10), a tank (11), provided with a feed nozzle (12) and a discharge nozzle (13) and with a cover and a sealing gasket, being inserted between said branches. A multi-storeyed and multi-alveolar drawer (18) is introduced inside the tank, said drawer consisting of end rails (19 and 20) provided with some orifices (21 and 22) which correspond to nozzles (12 and 13), the profiled bars (23) with the passing spaces (24) therein, which support the permanent magnets (25) and control and homogenize the fluid subjected to activation and confine an air gap (26), being secured to said end rails (19 and 20). When the coil (6) suppliescurrent at the prescribed parameters, the fluid is directed to the nozzle (12) through the orifice (21) into the air gap (26), passes through the first alveole then through the slot (24) and after having passed through the last alveole, the fluid leaves the tank (11) through the nozzle (13).
Reactorul conform inventiei are la baza un camp magnetic mixt, obtinut cu niste magneti permanenti (25) si cu un circuit electromagnetic, format din miezul (5), din ramurile (9 si 10) si din bobina de inductie (6). Reactorul conform inventiei este alcatuit din niste tole (1) prin care circula fluxul magnetic si platbande (2), ca elemente de rezistenta, formând un miez (3) pe care se monteaza o bobina de inductie (6), alimentata de la o sursa de curent continuu prin conexiunile (7 si 8) si niste ramuri (9 si 10), intre care, se introduce un recipient (11) prevazut cu un stut de alimentare (12) si de evacuare (13), cu capac si garnitura de etansare. In interiorul recipientului, se introduce un sertar (18) multietajat si multialveolar, format din sine de capat (19 si 20) in care sunt practicate orificii (21 si 22), care corespund stuturilor (12 si 13), de care se fixeaza bare profilate (23), in care sunt practicate spatii de trecere (24) care sustin magnetii permanenti (25) si care dirijeaza si om |
