Invenţia prezintă un procedeu de obţinere a unui pigment azoic, sare de bariu, care constă în reacţia de diazotare a acidului antranilic în soluţie apoasă de acid clorhidric şi în prezenţa clorurii de bariu, la un raport molar acid antranilic : clorură de bariu de 1:0,53...0,61, urmată de reacţia de cuplare a sării de diazoniu obţinute, cu sarea de sodiu a beta-naftolului ce se desfăşoară în prezenţa agentului de lăcuire, la 5...20°C, utilizându-se naftenaţi de sodiu ca agent tensioactiv, după care, masa de reacţie ce are pH = 7,5...9,5, se încălzeşte la 80 ... 90°C, în vederea obţinerii formei cristaline, termodinamic stabile, a pigmentului. |
