Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a sulphur dioxide to sulphur trioxide converter with quick heating of the catalyst beds, during starting and restarting after shut-down for short periods. According to the invention, the converter is provided with an initiating exchanger (11) having some open flaps (a, b and c) and a closed flap (d) ensuring the heating of the catalyst beds up to 150°C in a first stage, while during the second stage of heating by means of hot gases directly from the oven (10), said hot gases are passed through a boiler (7) having some flaps (a, b and c) closed and the flap (d) open. Further on, the hot gases traverse the catalyst beds of the converter (4) circulating through the open flaps (e, f and g) thus avoiding a heat-exchanger (3) and a vaporizer (5).
Invenţia se referă la o sobă de conversie a bioxidului de sulf, la trioxid de sulf, cu încălzire rapidă a straturilor de catalizator, în perioada de pornire sau repornire, după opriri de scurtă durată. Soba conform invenţiei este prevăzută cu un schimbător (11) de iniţiere, cu nişte clapete (a, b şi c) deschise, şi cu o clapetă (d) închisă, care asigură încălzirea straturilor de catalizator, într-o primă etapă, până la 150°C, a doua etapă de încălzire cu gaze fierbinţi, direct de la un cuptor (10), trecute printr-un cazan (7) cu clapetele (a, b şi c) închise şi clapeta (d) deschisă. In continuare, gazele fierbinţi parcurg straturile de catalizator ale sobei (4), circulând prin clapetele (e, f şi g) deschise, realizându-se astfel ocolirea unui schimbător de căldură (3) şi a unui vaporizator (5). |
