PROCESS FOR REMIVING VOLATILE SUBSTANCES FROM PROPENE OXIDE

The invention relates to a process for removing the propene oxide resulted from chlorination and saponification fractions. According to the invention, the process consists in removing volatile substances, as vapours, either at the upper side of the saponification column or at the upper side of the final distillation column. In the first case, the crude propene oxide, free of volatile substances, is removed as a liquid lateral fraction from any of the plates at the upper side of the saponification column, and in a second case, the final propene oxide free of volatile substances is removed as liquid fraction from any of the plates at the upper side of the final distillation column. Inventia se refera la un procedeu de eliminare a volatilelor din propenoxidul rezultat din fractiile de clorhidrare si saponificare. Procedeul conform inventiei consta in eliminarea volatilelor, sub forma de vapori, fie la partea superioara a coloanei de saponificare, fie pe la partea superioara a coloanei de distilare finala. In primul caz, propenoxidul brut, lipsit de volatile, se elimina ca fractie laterala, lichida, de pe un taler oarecare, din partea superioara a coloanei de saponificare,iar in al doilea caz, propenoxidul finit, lipsit de volatile, se elimina ca fractie laterala, lichida, de pe un taler oarecare, din zona superioara a coloanei de distilare, finala.
