Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a multi-layer panel with honeycomb structure, designed for space partioning or for making light constructions. According to the invention, the panel comprises a plate (1) made of fireproof honeycomb paper (2), plated on both sides with aluminium or steel sheets (3) bound with adhesive (4), said plate (1) being mounted in a frame (5) by means of some clamps (7) provided with a seal (6) taking over slack on mounting and ensuring the damping of the transmission of vibrations between the frame and the multi-layer panel. Invenţia se referă la un panou stratificat, cu structură de fagure, destinat compartimentării unor spaţii, cât şi realizării unor construcţii uşoare. Panoul conform invenţiei este alcătuit dintr-o placă (1) realizată din fagurele (2) din hârtie ignifugată, placat pe ambele feţe cu câte o tablă (3) din aluminiu sau oţel prin lipire cu un adeziv (4), placa (1) este montată într-o ramă (5) prin intermediul unor bride (7) prevăzute cu o garnitură (6) ce are rol de preluare a jocurilor de la montaj şi asigură amortizarea transmiterii vibraţiilor între ramă şi panoul stratificat.
