Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a screw connection for tubes meant for various applications, such as in oil and natural gas production industry. According to the invention, the screw connection consists, in a first embodiment, of a screwed tenon (1) and a screwed sleeve (2), both provided with trapezoidal straight threads arranged on two concentric diameters and separated by a front stop. The interior extremity of the screwed sleeve (2) is provided with a circumferential groove (a) meant for the O-ring joint (3) and whose depth exceeds the level of the edge (b) of the tenon (1). A truncated cone-shaped surface (f) of the sleeve (2) performs the sealing through the contact thereof with an edge resulting from the intersection of some truncated cone-shaped surfaces (g and h) of the screwed tenon (1). A truncated cone-shaped surface (j) being in contact with another truncated cone-shaped surface (k) of the screwed tenon (1) is provided at the exterior extremity of the sleeve (2). In another embodiment, the claimed screw connection comprises a screwed tenon (4) and a screwed sleeve (5), the sealing thereof being achieved using an O-ring joint (6) at one end and a connection fixed on some truncated cone-shaped surfaces (q and r) at the other end. At the exterior extremity, the screwed sleeve (5) is provided with a circumferential groove (n) wherein an O-ring joint (7) is placed.
Prezenta invenţie se referă la o îmbinare filetată pentru material tubular cu diverse utilizări cum ar fi, spre exemplu, în industria extractivă a petrolului şi a gazelor naturale. Imbinarea filetată, în primul exemplu de realizare, conform invenţiei, este constituită dintr-un cep filetat, (1) şi dintr-o mufă filetată (2), ambele dotate cu filete trapezoidale cilindrice, dispuse pe două diametre concentrice şi separate de un prag frontal. Capătul interior al mufei filetate (2) este prevăzut cu un canal circular (a), destinat garniturii inelare (3) şi a cărui adâncime depăşeşte nivelul muchiei (b) a cepului (1). O suprafaţă tronconică (f) a mufei (2) realizează etanşarea prin contactul cu o muchie rezultată din intersecţia unor suprafeţe tronconice (g şi h) ale cepului filetat (1). La capătul exterior al mufei (2), este prevăzută o suprafaţă tronconică (j) care se află în contact cu o altă suprafaţă tronconică (k) a cepului filetat (1).
