Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a process for welding aluminium foils of different thickness and width, designed especially for making electric transformers. According to the invention, the process consists in serially spot welding some aluminium foils (1, 2) using a welding assembly comprising several electrode bundles (3, 4), each of them having nine squarely-arranged electrodes supplied by independent power supplies, each bundle being used for a predetermined period of time. The diameter of a contact electrode of the electrode bundle depends on the thickness of the foils to be welded.
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de sudare a foliilor de aluminiu (1, 2), de diferite grosimi şi lăţimi, destinate în special realizării transformatoarelor electrice. Procedeul conform invenţiei cuprinde mai multe suduri succesive în puncte a unor folii de aluminiu, folosind pentru sudare un ansamblu format din mai multe fascicule de electrozi (3, 4), fiecare dintre aceste fascicule având nouă electrozi, dispuşi în pătrat, alimentaţi electric de la surse independente, fiecare fascicul fiind folosit pe o perioadă de timp predeterminată. Diametrul unui electrod de contact al fasciculului deelectrozi este în funcţie de grosimea foliilor de sudat. |
