INSTALLATION FOR LIME PRODUCTION

The invention relates to an installation for lime production, comprising a specially profiled vertical kiln (1) provided with special burners (2) operating with any kind of fuel delivered via an installation (13), having the flow rate regulated by means of adjusting elements (11), and using as a fuel a mixture of air and burnt gases, the installation being also provided with a charging device (7) and a discharging device (6) which also allow the air inlet at the bottom of the kiln (1) and with a special fan (8) for exhausting the gases, the fuel mixture being delivered to the burners (2) through a compressor station (5) for introducing the compressed air through a distribution installation (14) and through nozzles (4) which entrain in circulation the burnt gases from the kiln (1), the flow rate being regulated by the adjusting elements (12), the fuel combustion being surveyed through the view finders (9), and the expansion pipes (10) compensate for the dilatations. The installation prevents the overburning of lime and permits the production of high quality lime. Invenţia se referă la o instalaţie pentru obţinerea varului, compusă dintr-un cuptor vertical (1), profilat special, prevăzut cu arzătoare speciale (2), utilizând orice tip de combustibil, alimentat printr-o instalaţie (13) cu debitul reglat prin nişte elemente de justare (11) şi folosind ca fluid comburant un amestec de aer şi gaze arse, prevăzut de asemenea cu un dispozitiv de încărcare (7), şi de descărcare (6), prin care se realizează şi admisia aerului la baza cuptorului (1) şi cu un ventilator special (8) de evacuare a gazelor, amestecul comburant fiind furnizat arzătoarelor (2) printr-o staţie de compresoare (5) de introducere de aer comprimat, printr-o instalaţie de distribuţie (14) şi prin nişte ajutaje (4), care realizează şi antrenarea în circulaţie a gazelor arse din cuptorul (1), reglarea debitului făcându-se cu nişte elemente de justare (12), supravegherea arderii combustibilului făcându-se prin nişte vizoare (9), iar compensarea dilatărilor fiind preluată de nişte compensatoare (10). Instalaţia previne supraarderea varului, permiţând obţinerea unui var de înaltă calitate.
