Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a process of producing stainless steel by electrolysis on various metallic and non-metallic surfaces. According to the invention, the process consists in that it uses a galvanizing bath based on cyanide-free nickel and chromium salts, the nickel-chromium compositions ranging from 14 to 80% Ni or 14 to 80% Cr, a 1 mm thick layer being obtained for a deposition time of about 4 h, the bath comprising NiSO 4 x 7 H 2 O - 180 g/l, Cr 2 (SO 4) 3 x 10 H 2 O - 50 g/l, MgSO 4 x 7 H 2 O- 20g/l, NaSO 4 x 10 H 2 O - 30g/l, H 3 BO 3 - 25 g/l with a distance between anode-cathode of 150 mm, with a pH= 4.5...5, 3.5...5 V voltage and 4...6 A/dm 2 current density; the piece the stainless steel layer is deposited on is subjected to machining, chemical degreasing, washing with water, pickling and drying. Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a inoxului, prin electroliză, pe diferite suprafeţe metalice sau nemetalice. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în aceea că se foloseşte o baie de galvanizare pe bază de săruri de crom şi nichel fără cianură, compoziţiile de nichel - crom variind între 14 şi 80% Ni sau 14 şi 80% Cr, obţinându-se un strat de grosime până la 1 mm, pentru o perioadă de depunere de circa 4 h, baia având compoziţia NiSOx 7HO - 180 g/l, Cr(SO)x 10 HO - 50 g/l, MgSOx 7 HO - 20 g/l, NaSOx 10 HO - 30 g/l, HBO- 25 g/l cu o distanţă anod-catod de 150 mm, cu un pH = 4,5...5, tensiune 3,5...5 V şi o densitate de curent de 4...6 A/dm; în prealabil, piesa pe care se aplică stratul de inox se supune unei prelucrări mecanice, degresare chimică, spălare cu apă, decapare şi uscare.
