Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to fluorotensides applicable to lowering the surface tension of aqueous solutions having surface-active, anti-electrostatic, softening, textile material colour fixing properties and average foaming properties, prepared from the perfluorocarboxylic acid derivatives having the general formula C 2n + 1 COOH, wherein n = 6, 7, 8, with the general formula I, or the synergistic mixture 1 : 1 : 1 of these acids neutralized with basic keratine hydrolysate prepared by alkaline hydrolysis of hog hair, together with the sodium and ammonium salts of these acids, having the general formula II and III:C n F 2m + 1 COO - H 3 N + - CH (CONHCH) x COOHR 1 R 2 (I)wherein R 1, R 2 are radicals of specific aminoacids from the keratine hydrolysate and x is the number of peptide groups bound in the polypeptide chain resulting from alkaline hydrolysis, for example: R 1 is - (CH 2) 3 NHC (NH)NH 2 in arginine, and R 2 is - NHCH (COOH) (CH 2) 4 NH 2 in lysine etc .C n F 2n+1 COO- NH4 4 (II)C n F 2n + 1 COO - Na + (III).The process for preparing these fluorotensides comprises reacting the components directly introduced into a 1,500 l stainless steel reactor, at 60...80 degrees C, at atmospheric pressure, continuously stirring for three hours till neutralization, using 6...9 parts of keratine hydrolysate for a part of C n F 2n + 1 COOH acids with n = 6, 7, 8, or the mixtures thereof in the ratio 1 : 1 : 1. Invenţia se referă la fluortenside destinate scăderii tensiunilor superficiale ale soluţiilor apoase, cu proprietăţi tensioactive, antielectrostatice, de emoliere, de fixare a culorii materialelor textile şi cu proprietăţi medii de spumare, formate din derivaţi ai acizilor perfluorcarboxilici având formula generală CCOOH, în care n =6, 7, 8, cu formula generală I, sau amestecul sinergetic1:1:1 al acestor acizi, neutralizaţi cu hidrolizat bazic de keratină, obţinut prin hidroliza alcalină a părului de porc, alături de sărurile de sodiu şi amoniu ale acestor acizi, cu formula generală II şi III: CFCOO"HN- CH(CONHCH)COOH în care R, Rsunt radicalii aminoacizilor specifici din hidrolizatul de keratină, iar x este numărul de grupe peptidice legate în lanţul polipeptidic, rezultat după hidroliza alcalină, de exemplu: Reste -(CH)NHC(NH)NHîn arginină, iar Reste -NHCH(COOH)(CH)NHîn lisină etc. CFCOONH(II), CFCOONa(III).
