Beater with high moment of inertia for the threshing device of a cereal combine

The invention relates to a beater with high moment of inertia, destined to equip the threshing device of a combine for cereals and other cultures, used in agriculture. The beater according to the invention comprises a rotor (1), a stator (2), a shaft (3), rosettes (4) on which beating rails (5) are fixed with nuts and lock nuts (7). In order to increase the moment of inertia of the rotor (1), concentrated inertial masses are used such as full rods (8) of various sections, fixed to the rotor through holes (a) having sections identical to those of the rods, drilled directly in discs of the rosettes (4) and mounted in the interior of the open circle of the beating rails (5), in their shadow, in the direction of rotation and as close as possible to the periphery of the rotor. In order to increase the moment of inertia, the rotation diameter of the beating rails (5) is increased, by using the supports (10) welded to the rosettes (4).
