Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an apparatus and a process for preparing medicine-solutions and to a method for cellular treatments using said solutions. According to the invention, ionic solutions specific to each disease are obtained by employing the claimed apparatus and process, while the method of treatment is applied to cellular diseases with a view to detoxicating the organism, concomitantly with revitalizing and energizing the body cells, being directly applicable to treating the diseases of the digestive, osseous, neuro-muscular, blood-vascular, urinary, glandular systems, of the blood, as well as to treating external diseases. Invenţia prezintă un aparat şi un procedeu pentru obţinerea de soluţii-medicament şi o metodă de tratamente celulare care foloseşte aceste soluţii-medicament. Folosind aparatul şi procedeul conform invenţiei se obţin soluţii ionice specifice fiecărei maladii, iar metoda de tratament se aplică maladiilor celulare în scopul dezintoxicării organismului, în paralel cu revitalizarea şi energizarea celulelor organismului, cu aplicabilitate directă la tratarea maladiilor aparatului digestiv, sistemului osos, sistemului neuromuscular, aparatului circulator, aparatului urinar, sistemului glandular, sângelui, precum şi la tratarea afecţiunilor externe.
