Lattice reinforcing structure for residential buildings with few floors and procedure for its manufacture

The invention consists of the manufacture of a lattice structure of reinforced concrete elements, which is exterior to and independent from the building itself and has its own foundation system, its interaction with the main building being ensured by means of post-compressed tie bars. The first stage of the procedure consists of the successive execution of the infrastructure of the lattice structure with foundations and strenghtening walls over the perimeter of the building, followed by the execution of the reinforced concrete elements of the superstructure represented by walls, diaphragms and horizontal slabs, at the level of the floors, and the installation of the post-compressed tie bars and of the superior strengthening elements.
