Zusammenfassung: | The invention refers to a device for measuring the backlash of asynchronous motors using the stroboscopic method. According to the invention, the device consists mainly of a perforated stroboscopic disk (1), driven into rotation motion by the shaft (2) of the motor being tested, and of a low-inertia lamp (10), characterised by the fact that a grid shutter (11) and a perforation selector (12) are placed between the lamp (10) and the disk (11) and, on the other side of disk (11), there is a photosensitive element (6) that is connected to an amplifier (7), at the output of which voltage impulses are obtained. These impulses are applied, via the interface (8), to a computation element (9) with a display element (13) connected to its output. Given the way it is conceived, the device can be used to measure the backlash of asynchronous motors with p=1; p=2; p=3; p=4. |
