Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a process of treating waste water resulting from washing wool where, after having modified the dilatancy of the system by diluting primary water of the washing process, namely after directly treating the secondary waste water, the substances in suspension and the emulsified substances are separated by electroflotation preceded by chemical destabilization using local polyelectrolytes of the Ponilit series, preferably cationic electrolytes, employed individually or mixed with an aluminium - based coagulant as such or mixed with polyelectrolyte. According to the invention, the process enables efficient treatment of suspended matter and fatty emulsified matter by separation, corresponding to a 70...79 % output in relation to turbidity and 70---95 % in relation to fatty matter thereby producing exploatable concentrated slurry.
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de epurare a apelor reziduale, la spalarea lânii, conform caruia, în urma modificarii dilatantei sistemului, prin diluarea apelor primare de la spalare, respectiv în urma supunerii directe la epurare a apelor reziduale secundare, separarea substantelor în suspensie si emulsionate se realizeaza prin electroflotatie precedata de o destabilizare chimica cu polielectroliti indigeni din seria Ponilit, de preferat cationici, utilizati individual sau cu coagulant pe baza de aluminiu, utilizat singur sau în amestec cu polielectrolit. Procedeul conform inventiei permite realizarea eficienta a epurarii prin separare a materiilor în suspensie si a materiilor grase emulsionate, corespunzator unor randamente de 70...97%, raportat la turbiditati si 70...95 %, raportat la materii grase, obtinându-se namoluri concentrate, valorificabile. |
