Superheated steam or hot water installation

The invention refers to an installation for producing superheated steam or pressurised hot water with low flow rates, designed for industrial technologies and heavy washes. The installation is made up of a steam and hot water generator (A) with a single forced water flow and temperature lag, with cold water supplied at the pressure in the local system, through a water circuit (B) it is supplied with liquid or gas fuel and air, at a pre-set constant state, through a combustion circuit (C) and, in the end, it supplies hot water in a first state, and superheated steam in a second state, both at an average pressure, via a terminal circuit (D) made up of a terminal pipe (48) that has an end gauge (49), a thermostat with contacts (50), a branch with a steam safety valve (51), which is insulated by means of a steam isolating valve (52), a hot water safety valve (53), a check stop valve (54) and an end cock (55) to which the consumer is connected.
