Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a process for corrosion protection of the chimney for the dispersion of gases, made of reinforced concrete, chimneys for the discharge of gases in the chemical and petrochemical industry, television towers, by deposi ting coating masses layers with properties of elasticity and different rigidity, with special functions for each layer in turn. The materials are compositions based on synthetic resins with special adjuvants, so combined as to allow either the adhering to the concretes, or the obtaining of a special rigidity and hardness and that can be reinforced by interposing layers made of glass, graphite, boron fabrics etc. The process consists in depositing at the most two layers consisting of compact and homogenous 1 mm thick deposition. For reinforcing the film, quartz powders or micronized serpentines with a maximum grain size of 40 mium are used. Prezenta inventie se refera la un procedeu de protectia anticoroziva a cosurilor de dispersie gaze, din beton armat, cosuri de evacuare gaze în industria chimica si petrochimica, turnuri de televiziune, prin depunerea unor straturi de mase de acoperire cu proprietati de elasticitate si rigiditate diferita, cu functii speciale pentru fiecare strat în parte.Materialele sunt compozitii pe baza de rasini sintetice cu adjuvanti speciali, astfel combinate, încât sa permita fie aderarea pe betoane umede, fie obtinerea unei rigiditati si duritati speciale, si care se pot ranforsa prin intercalarea de straturi din tesaturi de sticla, grafit, bor, etc.Procedeul consta din depunerea de maxim 2 straturi, peliculele obtinute dintr-o singura depunere de1mm, compacta si omogena.Pentru ranforsarea peliculei se utilizeaza pulberi cuartitice sau serpentine micronizate cu granulatie de maximum 40 um.
