Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a process and to a corrosion preventing polymer composition as melt in bitumen mass, thus there being carried out compounds of bitumen with various synthetic polymers: ethylene-propylene copolymers, polyethylene, atactic polypropylene, polyisobutylene, various natural and synthetic elastomers or ter-polymers. These are embedded in the melted phase at temperatures of 230 ... 2500 C into the bitumen mass by means of the depolymerized crumb rubber. The addition of charge material, aggregates of various grain sizes and nature confers high physical, mechanical and chemical properties on the products claimed by the invention. The products claimed by the invention are placed as melt at the temperature of more than 1500 C with tools and devices heated at 250 ... 2800C. The polymer composition can be cast in geometric moulds, can be extruded as cord or granulate, being used by remelting and charging with aggregates, while maintaining the initial specific properties.
Prezenta inventie se refera la un procedeu de obtinere si la o compozitie polimerica anticorosiva sub forma de topitura în masa, de bitum, astfel realizând compounduri ale bitumului cu diversi polimeri sintetici: copolimeri etilena-propilena, polietilena, polipropilena atactica, poliizobutilena, diversi elastomeri naturali si sintetici sau terpolimeri. Acestia se înglobeaza în faza topita la temperaturi d e230 degree ...250 degree C în masa de bitum prin intermediul pudretei d ecauciuc depolimerizata. Adaosulde materiale de sarjare, agregate de diverse granulatii si natura confera produselor conform inventiei proprietati fizice, mecanice si chimice superioare.Produsele conform inventiei se pun în opera în stare topita la temperatura de peste 150 degree C cu scule si dispozitive încalzite la 250 degree ...280 degree C.Compozitia polimera se poate turna în forme geometrice, extruda sub forma de snur sau granulat, putând fi utilizate prin retopire si sarjare cu agregate pastrându-si proprietatile specifice initiale. |
