PRODUCT COMPRISING SYNTHETIC RESINS AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

The invention relates to a product and to a process for obtaining, based on compositions of epoxy resins obtained from bisphenol A with epichlorohydrine (diglycidylether of bisphenol-DGEBA) in compound with polyester resins and polysulphidic polymers. The compositions can be bicomponent, the second component being a curing agent specific to the epoxy resins, or can be three-component products having, besides the two liquid components (the resin component and the curing component), a third component obtained from mixtures of different inorganic particles (fillers). In the solid component there are introduced after powders of silica, aluminium, basalt, kaolin, graphite, ground glass fibres, carbon fibres or graphite fibers in various ratios, in order to obtain the maximum grain size curve. The effects of this resin compound are both of technical and economic order, the technical-economical advantages being essential. Prezenta inventie se refera la un produs si la un procedeu de obtinere a acestuia, pe baza de compozitii din rasini epoxidice obtinute din Bisfenol A cu epiclorhidrina (diglicidileter a bisfenolului - DGEBA) în compound cu rasini poliesterice si polimeri polisulfidici. Compozitiile pot fi bicomponente, cea de a doua componenta fiind un agent de întarire specific rasinilor epoxidice, sau pot fi produse tricomponente, având, pelânga cele doua componente lichide (componenta rasinoasa si componenta întaritor), si o a treia componenta obtinuta din amestecuri de diferite particule anorganice (filere).In componenta solida, sunt introduse dupa pulberi de silice, de aluminiu, bazaltice, coalinice, grafice, fibre de sticla macinate, fibra de carbon sau fibra de grafit.lânga cele doua componente lichide (componenta rasinoasa si componenta întaritor), si o a treia componenta obtinuta din amestecuri de diferite particule anorganice (filere).In componenta solida, sunt introduse dupa pulberi de silice, de aluminiu, bazaltice, coalinice, grafice, fibre de sticla macinate, fibra de carbon sau fibra de grafit.
