Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to electrical contacts of molybdenum-copper-zircon pseudo-alloys, with high electrical and thermal conductivity, resistance to electric arc, resistance to welding and minimum content of gases, which meet the requirements for construction materials for commutation in vacuum, and to their production process, based only on powder metallurgy methods, consisting of sintering in hydrogen compressed molybdenum pellets with a porosity corresponding to the desired content of copper and infiltrating these pellets with copper-zircon, by heating them together with raw pellets of copper-zircon, at temperatures above the melting temperature of the copper, in vacuum. |
