Zusammenfassung: | The invention consists of an automation installation setting the speed of the autogenous mills according to the ore load. For a precise measurement of the mill's ore load the device uses a strain gauge mounted on the mill's bearing. The signal of the strain gauge increases when the ore weight increases, and the amplified and divided signal, applied to the frequency converter, determines an increase of the frequency, hence of the speed of the rotor and the mill. The milling capacity and the quantity of evacuated ore increase, which, in turn, leads to the decrease of the mill's weight under constant supply conditions. The automated control loop is thus closed. |
