EARTH COLUMNS STABILIZED THROUGH VIBRATION METHOD AND EQUIPMENT

The invention relates to an equipment and procedure of making stabilized earth columns for foundations of civil and industrial buildings, embankments or versant consolidation; the equipment consists of a metallic tube, which has small wings that help its advance in the ground and a mobile tip which allows pressured injection of cement milk or lime powder. The first step of the procedure consists in destroying the earth structure by introducing the vibropressing equipment; in the second step, while the equipment is extracted only by vibration, lime powder or cement milk is injected which makes possible the homogenization between the earth particles and the additive material.
