Zusammenfassung: | Vertical clearances on prefabricated external walls of dwellings and community use buildings are developed to conform to an equal and uniform standard. Clearances are sealed from the interior of buildings to achieve high quality. The construction offers increased durability, economy in use of sealant and ensures good bondings of sealant to prefabricated elements. An enternal gap-distancing gauge is set at the height of an already standing prefabricated wall unit, where the next prefabricated unit is being mounted. A PVC tube profile is pressed in next, from the interior, as far as the gauge, followed by a phase of introducing an impervious protective sealant which fills the vertical clearance as far as the interior surface. The gap-gauge is removed, once the water repellent, and heat insulating layers are in position and concrete is poured in for solidification. The construction is completed when both the vertical gap and the profiled PVC tube are completely sealed. |
