Zusammenfassung:	Device for size sorting of wood semiproducts whose innovative feature consists of an assembly designed to take over the semiproducts, stored in a magazine and pre-positioned by a conveyor chain towards a gravity positioning device, which directs the semiproducts towards another conveyor chain carrying them to another accelerating conveyor, which is connected to a continuous operation, electronic, measuring and sorting subassembly. By action of the latter, the preliminary sorting is performed on a conveyor (equipped with a brush system and an electromagnetic measuring device), which eliminates the misfit semiproducts by throwing them in a magazine by means of an electropneumatic ejecting device. The other semiproducts are carried to a programmable measuring device, which, according to the results of the measurement, directs the size-sorted semiproducts, by means of a conveyor, towards their respective storing magazines.
