Zusammenfassung: | The invention consists of a procedure and a separator used especially in the bakeries during the process of milling, where appears the problem of separating the bran from the germs, in order to assure its purity and preservability. The procedure needs a divalent static field with the maximum electric field intensity in the loading zone of the germ-bran mixture, delimited, in the evacuation zone, by a linear field concentrator with the role of diverting and catching of fractions with germs, which is associated with the effect of a mechanic vibration applied on a sieve, which is the electrode connected to the earth's potential, in order to assure at an angle different from zero between the longer axis of the germs (of ellipsoid form) and the surface of the sieve. The separator is built up of an electrode connected to the earth's potential, with an inclined perforated metallic surface opposed to a high-tension flat electrode, in such a way that at the lower extremity of the electrode connected to the earth's potential [MISSING TEXT - TRANSLATOR'S NOTE] and of a linear field concentrator connected to the earth's potential and located under the high-tension electrode. |
