Zusammenfassung: | The lathe chuck electromechanical operator determines the axial stroke necessary to move the grips and to produce the force with which the grips hold the parts. It is a more complete version of the main invention, under patent RO no 87883.The device has a modular construction made of an alternating current motor whose moment is amplified by a reducer to an inner-toothed crown wheel, joined to an electromagnetic clutch supplied with constant-voltage direct current, that transfers the rotation to a nut that determines the axial movement of a grooved axle, transforming the rotation movement into a translation movement, and the moment into an axial force. The nut is axially enclosed between two packages of disk springs, the compression of which determines the necessary gripping force. The axial force is controlled by the adjustment of the position of a proximity inductive transducer that can measure the spring rate after the compression of the springs. The device has safety limit stops against impairment at both ends of the stroke. |
