Zusammenfassung: | The invention refers to a cathodic electrodes from electrochemical alkaline sources in MnO2-Zn system production process, which consists of a parallelepipedal electric load collector, which covers the exterior of the cathode depolarising mixture and contains a nickel or nickel steel network, with thread thickness and mesh length between 60 and 300 μ. The cathode depolarised mixture is pressed into the mould at a pressure of 500 kgf/cm , which, after having been tamped, is inserted in the parallelepiped body of the collector and tamped for the second time together with the collector, at a pressure that is higher than 600/kgf/cm . By known methods, the modules assembly into a nickel or stainless steel frame is foreseen, thus a plate cathode electrode is created, and can be used as such, or through the parallel connection of several plates, for higher capacity electrochemical sources. |
