HYDRAULIC DEVICE FOR AXIAL PISTONS PUMP FLOW REGULATION

The invention relates to a hydraulic device designed to regulate the flow of axial piston hydraulic pumps with variable flow.According to the invention, the device, consists of a unit in which is mounted a drawer monitoring the move of a flow control differential piston; inside the drawer there is a control rod. On one side of the balancing fork there is a slanted channel inside which there is a radial ballbearing mounted at one end of the monitoring drawer and kept in contact with the channel through a spring. Cancellation or reduction of the supplementary axial force occurring on the drawer, because of control pressure, is done through some channels made in the device body; through them, the control pressure is taken from a valve to an area of different diameters provided outside the monitoring drawer.
