Zusammenfassung:	Baking method for an oven containing a baking enclosure (1) and a control device (2) supplying a convection resistor (3), a grill resistor (4) and a magnetron (5). According to the invention, during the temperature-rise phase (a), the control device supplies the convection resistor continuously and the grill resistor according to a start-stop cycle of predetermined period (t1), whereas the microwave energy is applied periodically during each stoppage time (t3) of the grill for a duration of application (t4) such that, for a previously displayed setpoint time (t5), the said duration is equal to the shorter of either the setpoint (t5), or the stoppage (t3) time for the grill. This method applies in particular to ovens for domestic use.
