each R , independently is, -OR , -NR R , C1-C4 alkyl, C1-C4 alkoxy, trifluoromethyl, or C1-C4 alkylthio;
R is hydrogen or -@-R ;
R is hydrogen, C1-C4 alkyl, or -@-R ;
R is hydrogen or C1-C4 alkyl;
each R , independently, is C1-C4 alkyl or phenyl;
Z is oxygen or sulfur;
X is a therapeutically acceptable anion; and
