Zusammenfassung:	A dosing reservoir for receiving and discharging a liquid for heating laundry in washing machines or the like comprises a storage container having at least one discharge port and at least one filling port with a space for introducing the liquid of larger cross-section arranged before the filling port. To facilitate manipulation, the space (4) for introducing the liquid consists of a rotatable upper part (2) of the storage container (1). The filling port (6) is arranged on one side of the bottom surface (5) of said upper part and the discharge ports (9) are arranged on the other side and adjacent to the filling port (6). Said ports (9/6) can be moved to cover the cross-section of a hole (7) in the top wall (8) of the storage container (1) below the bottom surface (5).
