Zusammenfassung:	This invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for human or animal use containing N-palmitoylethanolamide as an analgesic in combination with opioids. In particular, this invention relates to palmitoylethanolamide in non-micronized form, in micronized form (PEA-m), in ultra-micronized form (PEA-um) or mixtures thereof, for use in humans or animals in combination with an opioid in the treatment of pain conditions, wherein said palmitoylethanolamide is administered separately, sequentially, or in combination with said opioid.
