Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to use of (thio)-carbamoyl-cyclohexane derivatives, particularly trans-4-{2-[4-(2,3-dichlorophenyl)-piperazin-1-yl]-ethyl}-N,N-dimethylcarbamoyl-cyclohexylamine and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof in the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of schizophrenia. Furthermore, the present invention relates to the treatment of schizophrenia through the administration of (thio)-carbamoyl cyclohexane derivatives, particularly trans-4-{2-[4-(2,3-dichlorophenyl)-piperazin-1-yl]-ethyl}-N,N-dimethylcarbamoyl-cyclohexylamine and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
