Zusammenfassung:	The prosthesis has a bag defined among a bottom plate with disk configuration, an intermediate connecting plate, and a disk shaped top plate joined by a joining unit. The top plate includes a central opening for forming the neck of a passage. A one-piece body includes a sheath portion for introducing and securing an inserter-unfolder device, and a median zone (4) is prolonged downward by multiple bands. Tongues (5b) are fastened to attachment tabs (6b), and the body is fixed in a top portion beyond the sheath portion, where the tongues are attached with the inserter-unfolder device. An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating prosthesis.
